What data do we collect?

LB&P collects the following data:

When you sign up to receive a service from any LB&P including but not limited to the mobile application. The personal information can consist of information such as your name, email address, postal address, telephone or mobile number or date of birth.

 

How will we use your data?

LB&P collects your data so that we can:

• Process your request and manage your account.

• Email you with special offers on other products and services we think you might like.

• In relation to the functioning of any service, you have signed up for in order to ensure that LB&P can deliver the best service to you.

• To invite you to participate in surveys about LB&P services (participation is always voluntary)

• For marketing purposes which you have specifically agreed to.

LB&P will keep your information confidential except where disclosure is required or permitted by law (for example to government bodies and law enforcement agencies). We will only use your information within LB&P, however, LB&P may use a third-party to process your information. LB&P require any third-party to comply strictly with its instructions and LB&P will require that they do not use any personal information for their own business purposes.

How do we store your data?

LB&P securely stores your data on our internal servers, and on our accounts on third-party cloud servers. LB&P will hold your personal information on our systems for as long as is necessary for the relevant service, or relevant contract you hold with LB&P corporate retention schedule (this is a database that defines which documents should be kept and for how long). When you contribute your information to the LB&P app we will generally only keep this for as long as is reasonably required for the purpose for which it was submitted.

LB&P would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like, as well as those of our partner companies.

If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt-out at a later date.

You have the right at any time to stop LB&P from contacting you for marketing purposes.

If you no longer wish to be contacted for marketing purposes, please email info@realestatebrokerleague.com with your name, and phone number and we will unsubscribe you. Alternatively, you can click “Unsubscribe” on any of our marketing emails.

The right to access – You have the right to request LB&P for copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.
